        目前市場上適用于超聲波清洗的清洗劑有非常多的選擇,從清洗劑的性質(zhì)對超聲波清洗的影響來看,在選擇超聲波清洗劑時可從以下幾個方面考量:

        超聲波清洗的主要機(jī)理是空化作用,而清洗劑表面張力、蒸汽壓、黏度等特性與超聲波空化強(qiáng)弱息息相關(guān),不同的清洗劑其空化閥值也不同。當(dāng)清洗劑表面張力大、黏度大時是不利于超聲波空化的,而高蒸汽壓也會降低空化強(qiáng)度。因此,表面張力大、蒸汽壓高和黏度大的清洗劑都不利于超聲波清洗。

        需考慮廢液處理問題,優(yōu)選常溫、低毒、安全、高效的新型環(huán)保清洗劑。其次,需要注意的是當(dāng)超聲波清洗設(shè)備未做任何防爆措施時,嚴(yán)禁使用易燃易爆的清洗劑。
